Oh 2014, you were quite the ride. As I look back on all the great things we did this year at Ultrapom, as well as the changes, I am just amazed at what all can happen in twelve months.
This time last year, I had just hired my first full time employee (the awesome Kerry, who keeps all orders headed out the door), and we were working out of the garage/basement/attic/dining room/foyer of my house. By the end of the year, we had moved into a 5,000 sq ft warehouse in the West Bottoms and added two more people to our team (David, our current jack of all trades and master of good hair, and Lauren, who I am pretty sure is better at this business than I am).
Along the way, in 2014 we provided our unique specialty rental items for almost 1,000 weddings and events:

We of course have had to also make some big decisions about where are company is going, and what we want to be. I am excited for what 2015 will hold for Ultrapom, and will be sharing some of our goals and plans on Monday. But as I look back on 2014, and think about the coming year, I am just so grateful for all of you, our clients and fellow vendors, who have made this all possible. Thank you to everyone who has entrusted part of their big and small events to us. And thank you to our fellow event industry vendors who have provided support, advice and much appreciated business through your recommendations.
