We think being upfront about expectations makes it easier for everybody!

 

Here’s what you can expect from us:

Service

We will work to respond to you promptly and courteously. We understand that your wedding going smoothly is very important to you, and will do what we can to help.

To the best of our ability, the items you order for rent from Ultrapom will be supplied clean and in working order.

Though we have no control once the items leave our hands, we will ship orders promptly so that your rental arrives on time to the best of our ability.

We will deliver at the time we say we will, to where you directed us to deliver the items.

Credit Card Security

Credit card numbers will be destroyed once all items have been returned and deemed in working order.

Our website is secured by GeoTrust.  You can check our certificate on the Shopping Cart page.

Privacy

We use Google Analytics to look at general reports of user behavior on the website in order to improve our content and make it more relevant for our users. This may include anonymised, non personally-identifiable information about which pages on the website you visit, which device you are on, how you found the website and which anonymised Google-calculated demographics or interest categories you belong to. Your general user behaviour on this website and others in the Google Network may also be used to algorithmically add you to remarketing and interest-based advertising lists allowing us to serve you ads for our website that we believe may be of interest.

There is a range of options to control your privacy:

  • To opt out of Google’s remarketing lists and demographic and interest-based classification, visit Google’s Ad Settings page.
  • To opt out of your anonymous usage data being reported in Google Analytics, install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on
  • To remove yourself from a remarketing list, clear your browser cookies.

Here’s what we expect from you:

Deposits

To reserve all items for the requested date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required. This deposit will be attributed to the total rental cost. We will send you an invoice once availability has been confirmed and you may pay the deposit via a payment link.

Changes to Order

Changes can be made to a rental order up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event date. Final payment will be due at this time. Reductions made within 2 weeks of the event date will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If the order is canceled more than 2 weeks before the event, the deposit is forfeited. No further charges will be made. If you paid in full before 2 weeks, the amount paid over the deposit will be refunded.

If the order is canceled less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event, all payments will be forfeited.

Lost, damaged or unreturned items.

You will be invoiced for the replacement or service charges if the equipment is not returned or is returned damaged, you may pay your invoice via a payment link. If the invoice is not paid, your card on file will be charged.

Late Fees

Late returns are subject to an additional rental fee. After 2 rental periods (original rental period plus 1 additional rental period), items are considered lost and subject to replacement fees.
