Emerald green has been popular in the design and wedding world since 2013, when it was the Pantone Color of the Year. We still love emerald, but we are currently crushing on deeper greens – from a deep emerald, to hunter or forest green, and even olive green. There is so much potential to incorporate these beautiful greens with lots of different color palettes!
Deep greens are getting more popular in interior design, which means they will be popular in the wedding world soon. It was actually hard to find inspiration in deeper greens, as there aren’t a lot of weddings using hunter green or forest green in any way other than with greenery. So if you want to be on the front end of trends, go for deep greens! In particular, we think velvet (because, of course we do, if you read our recent post) or sequin tablecloths or backdrops would look so great in deep green.
