Today is my first post showcasing a client’s wedding using Ultrapom rental items! I met the bride, Mindy, at the ReEvent last May, and was one of my first clients. It was great to work with her, first because she’s kind and easy to work with, and second because the vision she had for her wedding was so interesting and modern.
Mindy and Jim were able to put together a great look for her wedding at Boulevard Brewery without spending a ton – it definitely helps to choose a great venue like Boulevard! Mindy chose to use gray and yellow in the decorations and was looking for a gray and white stripe table runner. We ended up going with a gray and white chevron fabric for the runners, and they turned out great! Mindy made hundreds of yellow and white paper flowers, that she put in our glass cylinders filled with shredded newspaper. She rounded out the decorations with battery operated votive candles in a frosted glass holder (Boulevard doesn’t allow real candles). A perfect look for an urban setting.

Ultrapom’s professionalism and creativity is a refreshing change in the event industry! For me, a bride who wanted to carve out a unique event but didn’t want to purchase unique items… Ultrapom was such a find! Carolyn has an eye for color, scale and pattern. Her store room is filled with so many treasures…I could have changed my mind many times over because I loved all of her rentals pieces.
I loved how easily we communicated too. Some vendors were extremely difficult to reach and ask few if any questions. They also had only run of the mill rentals. Ultrapom worked with me through all of the details and made suggestions that I never would of thought of. Our guests could not stop raving about the table runners!
I’m thrilled with not having to store and sell all of our wedding decor. Now our home has room for all of our wedding gifts! I can’t wait to see the unique events that Ultrapom styles next. Until then, thank you Carolyn!
